Freedom of Speech is the act of having the right of to speak freely without censorship or limitation. Freedom of Speech is also referred to as Freedom of Expression. Freedom of Expression is like Freedom of Speech but is sometimes used to denote not only freedom of verbal speech but any act of seeking, receiving and imparting information or ideas, regardless of the medium used. The only difference between the two is that in most countries Freedom of Speech doesn’t involve the act of hate speech. The right of Freedom of Speech is recognized as a human right.  The ICCPR recognizes the right of Freedom of Speech as the “right to hold opinions without interference”. There are eight freedoms in the International Law. These eight things are freedom of  Assembly, Association, Movement, Press, Religion, Information, Thought and Speech. Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Expression give the right to human beings to say and practice what they want and when they want without limitations.
